Betty Lupo is a Family Lawyer whose office is in Norristown, Pennsylvania and who practices all aspects of family law, including divorce, support, custody and property distribution. Her focus has been on family law since 1988.
She practices mainly in Montgomery and Bucks counties, although she is also admitted in New Jersey. She is active in the Montgomery Bar Association, where she is a member of the Family Law Section, the Women in the Law Committee and the Member Services Committee which she co-chairs. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and it’s Family Law Section as well as it’s solo and Small Practices Section.
In addition to her regular practice, Betty devotes her time to representing children in abuse situations, as part of the Montgomery County Advocacy Project and also volunteers her time to the Women’s Center of Montgomery County where she gives legal counsel regarding abuse and other family law matters.
Betty attended the Delaware Law School of Widener University in Delaware and Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, she taught English in the New York City and Pennsylvania public school systems.
She lives in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania with her husband Stan.
