Ronald W. Fenstermacher, Jr., practices in a wide range of trust, estate, tax and non-profit areas. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Fenstermacher represents clients from the initial estate planning stage,through the administration of their estates and on-going trust administration. He has frequently represented multiple generations of families. He also advises individuals, fiduciaries and non-profits with respect to their tax issues including the preparation of tax returns. He frequently lectures and writes in these areas as well.
Mr. Fenstermacher earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University, his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law, and an LLM in taxation from the Villanova School of Law. He serves on numerous boards and committees of non-profit organizations, including organizations related to history and historic preservation, the military and equestrian events.
