  IAN MEIERDIERCKS founded IM Wealth Partners in 2003 after working for years as a financial advisor at AXA Advisors. Widely respected as an expert in financial planning, Ian is invited regularly to serve as a guest speaker by numerous companies, organizations, colleges and universities, and also shares his knowledge each week on 990 am WNTP with his radio segment “Word on Wealth.” Ian has his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as his life and health insurance licenses. He meets daily with potential, new and existing clients of the firm to skillfully guide the financial planning process for each. Ian studied Engineering at Drexel University. He is an avid fitness enthusiast with interests in nutrition, running and biking, and is committed to several charitable causes. Ian most enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children.

Paul Augustine PAUL AUGUSTINE’S earlier working years were spent in the construction industry.  From 1997 to 2004, Paul worked for residential new construction and residential/light commercial firms.  Paul’s background is in the Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning industry:  He was an installer, service technician, and shop manager.  This experience really laid the foundation for what later became a
service-oriented real estate practice.  ” I learned very early on, when I was working in the plumbing and HVAC Industry, that the best businesses are completely focused on total client satisfaction.”  He has a broad knowledge of the construction industry from this experience, and is able to share much of his knowledge, which helps his clients make more informed decisions. He has also brought along with him a network of very talented trade professionals to refer to his clients when needed.
A Realtor since 2008, Paul has made a strong commitment to providing his clients with cutting-edge services while remaining in tune with the ever-changing market.  It’s this commitment which has led  Paul down a path of constantly seeking industry-related education.  He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

DIANE GARVEY is the Operations Manager for Harvard Abstract, LLC. She oversees the operation and is the direct contact for the Risk/Escrow department. Diane has been in the title insurance industry since 1998 and previously worked in the mortgage lending field for just over a year.Before joining Harvard Abstract, LLC in June 2002, Diane worked directly for T.A. Title Insurance, a regional underwriter, in many capacities. She was the Pre-Closing Manager for The Closing Network, managed a joint venture and also operated as a “traveling manager” visiting other Joint Venture operations within the company lending support. In 1996 Diane received a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA. Diane handles residential and commercial transactions; refinances and purchases as well as reverse mortgage closings. She specializes in communication and interaction with the customers in the industry.

Amy Shea AMY SHEA is a residential Realtor and proud to be one! She believes that helping people find a place to call home is one of the most gratifying jobs you can have! Before Real Estate she worked in television, having attended Syracuse University where she graduated with a BA in television production in 1988. She spent the next 11 years working for WCVB-TV in Boston. She worked her way up from intern to field producer. She traveled all over New England, the US and the World reporting on human interest stories.In 1998 her husband accepted a job transfer and they moved to the Philadelphia area. That’s when she first got interested in Real Estate! She loved hunting for homes and admired her Realtor’s knowledge of the area. However, she continued to work in television for a few more years freelancing for The Food Network. After her second daughter was born she no longer wished to travel and be away from home. So she went back to school and became a Realtor. She has had her license for 7 years now serving Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
